Argo Prospect Discovery Reported in Jefferson County, Texas

HOUSTON (August 11, 2005) -- Eos Energy's Argo prospect has resulted in discovery of significant gas and condensate reserves in Jefferson County, Texas.

The Iles #2 well was tested at the rate of 3,255 thousand cubic feet (mcf) of gas and 402 bbl condensate per day with 6,140 psi flowing tubing pressure on a 12/64-inch choke. Drilled to a total depth of 11,415 feet, the Iles #2 was completed in the Upper Yegua formation. Eos has retained a working interest in this well.

Gemini Prospect Discovery Reported in Hardin County, Texas

HOUSTON (August 1, 2004) -- Eos Energy's Gemini prospect has resulted in discovery of significant gas and condensate reserves in Hardin County, Texas.

The Gemini #1 well was tested at the rate of 2,428 thousand cubic feet (mcf) of gas and 595 bbl condensate per day with 3,465 psi flowing tubing pressure on a 14/64-inch choke. Drilled to a total depth of 10,380 feet, the Gemini #1 was completed in the Yegua EY-1 formation. Eos has retained a working interest in this well.

Pandora Prospect Discovery Reported in Orange County, TX

HOUSTON (March 31, 2003) -- Eos Energy's Pandora prospect has resulted in discovery of significant gas and condensate reserves in Orange County, Texas.

The Donner #1-R was tested at the rate of 2,452 thousand cubic feet (mcf) of gas, 385 bbl condensate and 33 bbl water per day on a 10/64-inch choke. Drilled to a total depth of 13,730 feet, the Donner #1-R was completed in the Yegua formation.

The Stark Foundation #1 was tested at the rate of 3,278 thousand cubic feet (mcf) of gas, 550 bbl condensate and 876 bbl water per day on a 14/64-inch choke.  Drilled to a total depth of 14,250 feet, the Stark Foundation #1 was completed in the Yegua formation.

Eos has retained a working interest in each of these wells.

Aphrodite Infield Drilling Participation and Operating Agreement Signed

HOUSTON (January 31, 2003) -- Eos Energy today reported entering into a joint venture agreement with industry partners to test its Aphrodite infield drilling prospect located in Orange County, Texas.  The objective of the test is proved and probable gas and condensate reserves within the Yegua formation.  Drilling activities are scheduled to commence in April, 2003.  Eos has retained a working interest in the properties.

Exploration Prospect Sales and Participation Agreement Signed

HOUSTON (July 12, 2001) -- Eos Energy today reported entering into a joint venture agreement with industry partners to drill and test its Gemini prospect located in Hardin County, Texas.  The objective of the test is a potential Yegua gas and condensate reservoir.  Drilling activities are scheduled to begin in 2003.  Eos has retained a working interest in the properties.

Eos Energy Announces Three Natural Gas Discoveries

HOUSTON (January 29, 2001) - Eos Energy, LLC, today announced three discoveries in its High Star project located in Jackson County, Texas.

The Shackelford #1 well was tested at the rate of 562 thousand cubic feet (mcf) of gas on a 9/64-inch choke with flowing tubing pressure of 1,510 psi. Drilled to a total depth of 4,815 feet, the Shackelford #1 was completed in the Frio formation through perforations from 4,153 to 4,163 feet.

The Wharton #1 well was tested at the rate of 538 thousand cubic feet (mcf) of gas on an 8/64-inch choke with flowing tubing pressure of 1,868 psi. Drilled to a total depth of 5,260 feet, the Wharton #1 was completed in the Frio formation through perforations from 4,907 to 4,911 feet.

The Wilbeck #1 well was tested at the rate of 700 thousand cubic feet (mcf) of gas on an 8/64-inch choke with flowing tubing pressure of 1,660 psi.  Drilled to a total depth of 5,375 feet, the Wilbeck #1 was completed in the Frio formation through perforations from 4,968 to 4,974 feet.

Eos owns a 12.5% working interest in each of the three wells.  The operator and industry partners own the remaining interests.
